2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for the following:
a. Shipping to Front Line Robotics

Customers must cover all costs associated with shipping their drone or equipment to our facility.

We recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking and insurance coverage for the full value of your equipment.

Front Line Robotics is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit to our facility.
b. Shipping from Front Line Robotics

Once service is complete, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

A return label is required to be placed in the box with the items being shipped to our facility. Should no label be provided, return shipments will be billed separately or included in your final invoice unless otherwise agreed upon.

Again, the customer will provide their own shipping label.
3. Packaging Requirements
Customers must ensure that their equipment is securely and properly packaged before shipping to Front Line Robotics.
We recommend:

Using the original manufacturer’s packaging when available

Wrapping fragile parts with sufficient padding

Using a durable outer box with adequate shock absorption

Clearly labeling the shipment with your name, return address, contact information, and order or repair number
Front Line Robotics is not liable for any damage caused by improper packaging.
4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We strongly encourage customers to insure all shipments to and from our facility. If a package is lost or damaged in transit (either direction), the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Front Line Robotics does not accept responsibility for:
