1. General Policy

At Front Line Robotics, we take pride in providing professional and reliable drone repair services. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please review the policy below for information about returns, refunds, and warranty coverage.
 

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Front Line Robotics. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we determine that the service was completed as agreed or the issue lies outside of our responsibility (e.g., user damage after repair, unrelated malfunctions, etc.).

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your repaired drone. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment.
 

3. Warranty on Repairs

All repair work performed by Front Line Robotics is covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of service completion.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship

  • Replacement parts installed by our technicians

This warranty does not cover:

  • Issues unrelated to the original repair

  • Damage caused by user error, accidents, crashes, or water exposure

  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties after service

If your drone experiences a problem covered under our warranty within the 30-day period, we will re-perform the repair at no additional cost.
 

4. Return of Unrepaired Drones

If we assess your drone and you choose not to proceed with the repair, a diagnostic fee may apply. Unrepaired drones will be returned in the condition received, and Front Line Robotics is not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damage.
 

5. Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping costs to and from our facility unless otherwise stated

  • Proper packaging of drones to prevent damage in transit

Front Line Robotics is not liable for any loss or damage during shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
